I switched from Craftsman tools to Stanley based on price, and the fact that the last set I bought was made in USA, but that's not the case anymore. Just like Craftsman tools, Stanley is now made in China, yeah NAFTA.
I bought this set not being able to find an inventory list anywhere, not even on the Stanley web site. I will say these are quality sockets and the ratchet is great and solid so far, but since I bought this set exclusively needing a 15mm and 18mm socket, it displeased me when it arrived to learn those two sockets were ommited from the set, otherwise it would have gotten five stars.
looking at other tools I need, Stanley is no longer an option simply because they refuse to include an inventory of their sets, like the 7 piece hex bit socket set in metric.
Stanley sets will only join my tool box if I can see them in person, but I can't be assured of ordering them online.
