Tools and Hardware Reviews of SteamFast SF-226 Handheld Steam CleanerCustomer Review: Handy Dandy Steamer Summary: 5 Stars
Very easy to use. I used it to steam mirrors, toilets, sinks, drains, window sills, rug, pants--all with good results.
Customer Review: I think you'll be disappointed. Summary: 2 Stars
I can't see what all the hoopla is about. The only thing it's somewhat good for is getting into small areas that are otherwise hard to clean. My primary reason for buying it was to use to clean the shower. I wouldn't recommend it.
Customer Review: It's okay Summary: 4 Stars
This steamer works really well for the price. It is great for getting stuff from tight places that you can not reach with a rag or sponge. However it is not very powerful so if it is a tough area that requires some muscle this steamer won't cut it. I do really like it for cleaning my bathroom, I have 4 boys and cleaning the bathrooms is always a disgusting job, this steamer gets places that were always impossible to reach. It also worked really well on removing some stickers that had been stuck on my son's bedroom furniture. I was hoping it would be able to do tougher jobs but for the price I can't complain.
Customer Review: Just what I expected and that's fine. Summary: 3 Stars
This works just as advertised. It produces a nice blast of steam for a variety of applications. Really the only major fault is the steam button. You have to press quite hard for full pressure and it can get tiresome. In a prolonged session I take to wearing a glove with a sock padding the button to preempt a sore thumb. But for $35 I'm willing to do this. Especially when considering the fact that units cheaper than this like the Conair handheld and Conair floor model don't come close to the steam pressure this produces.
Customer Review: Little Wonder Summary: 5 Stars
For a small appliance, it worked wonderfully on our walk-in showers. Sorry I waited so long for it. Could have saved me HOURS of hands-on work!
