This little machine does a lot more than advertised! It will get off more dirt than expected. I have gotten dirt off of things that have been there for years! I use it primarly in my kennel. Great little machine, would buy again if this one wears out....Customer Review: Steaming hot it's not!

I was disappointed in the steam machine. I expected it to do a great job and it only did a good job. I own and operate my own cleaning business and hoped that I'd be able to offer my customers another option. To my dismay it took too long to clean whatever I chose to try it on so that being said I returned my item for a full refund. I am going back to the old saying...if it looks too good to be true it probably is and this was!Customer Review: Super Cleaner!

I purchased this steam cleaner after doing tons of research and reading other reviews and I bought a winner! I had heard great things about the shark mop but seemed very flimsy to me. The Steam Fast is very light and is easy for me to use even though I have herniated discs. It is very solid and well built also. What impressed me the most however, is how it cleans! I have green grout lines that looked black and after cleaning them, I was truly amazed by how much dirt came off! My friend came over after I cleaned my white tile floor and thought I had put a new floor in! I was also impressed by how well it cleaned my bathroom. This little steam cleaner isn't only a cute, Bug-looking appliance, but it really works! It puts out a pile of steam, getting floors, stoves, showers and those areas on the toilet that never see daylight CLEAN and SANITIZED. It kills mildew on shower curtains. Eliminates the need for toxic chemicals while getting grout nicely cleaned. The steam evaporates quickly, so it's even safe to use on wooden floors.
Notice, however, that this steamer won't clean your house on it's own. It's still going to take some effort. But at least your time and energy isn't wasted, because things really do come nicely clean.
The only drawback with this cleaner is that the manual doesn't come with user suggestions. Experimentation is your only option. Thank goodness it's easy to use, and it makes housecleaning a tiny bit more fun.

I love this thing! I was so tired of buying the Swiffer refills and having to clean all the time and it never seemed to really get my floors clean. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids and the floors seems to always be dirty. We moved into a house with all hard floors (wood, tile, linoleum) and it seemed near impossible to keep them clean. I ordered this with hopes of getting the grunge off. I was able to do the whole house and its wonderful!!! I recommend vacuuming/sweeping before you you it. And order plenty of extra towels/pads for hard floors. I used 4 to do my house! It came with plenty of attachments for mirrors, grout, carpet, furniture..... It came with a screw driver to put the handle on, and that was the ONLY thing you had to do! Make sure you have a funnel. And let it sit for a while before you empty/refill it. The knob gets HOT and the steam pressure was a little crazy. So let it sit so you don't get burned (I didn't, but just a warning). I noticed the pressure gets a little low after a while. But release the button and let it sit for a minute and its ready to go again. My only complaint is my finger got tired holding down the button and I wish they would have sent more pads for the hard floors. I noticed a few white spots on my wood floors after. I might just need to do distilled water instead. I did a coat of Murphy's Oil Soap after wards and the shine came right back. Its a GREAT buy for the price!!
