This is quite possibly the best purchase I have ever made. I had very high expectations before I purchased it, and I haven't been let down yet. All of the head attachments are great, it runs for about 50 minutes, cleans almost anything. Love it. Would buy it again, without a doubt. I hesitated to purchase a steam cleaner so I read many reviews including McCulloch MC-1275 steam cleaner reviews. I decided to purchase MC-1275 and then I found SF-275. Both have very similar looks and spec. I think both models are the same one. Anyway, SF-275 was $30 cheaper than MC-1275 so I purchased this one.
I use this for cleaning my shower room. It works! but don't expect magic. It takes time to clean old stains. Steamer is really good on narrow areas (between tiles). It is extremely difficult to clean between tiles with other cleaners but steamer is really good. I tried to clean deck chairs. The chairs have some mildew stains and I didn't expect the steamer can clean it but the stains were disappeared.
The build quality is good. I just wish they improve the switch for continuous steam. It is very small. I recommend to use the distilled water only.
I recommend this steamer to any one looking for high quality steamer.

I've had the steamer for about a month now and have used it for weekly cleaning. This is great on showers, toilets, sinks, ovens and the sticky hand prints from my children on everything else. The picture of this item is not same as item received. Not sure if the features are all the same, but seems to be what I expected other than color which was blue, not white. So far, steamer works great for most things. I love my Haan floor steamer for our hardwood floors, but its capacity is limited and I hate having to refill so often. I hoped this steamer would replace that one, plus give me more steam cleaning options. I got the other options which are great, but the floor attachment really is not conducive to doing the hard wood floors. I think the problem is that there is a border of 1/4" wide brush around the base of the attachment. So the contact with the floor is really only that 1/4" where the bristles are. Because the steam is so far from the portion that makes contact with the floor, the cloth gets too wet and leaves the floor so wet, I have to use my microfiber mop to dry the floor after a few passes so I don't end up with streak marks all over the floor.
Perhaps it is better on tile floors that are more uneven with grout lines to scrub, but I would not recommend if your primary goal is to clean wood floors. Get the Haan, I usually have to change the pad about the time I need to refill the water, and because the haan does such a good job I really don't mind.
For just about anything else though the steamer works great and you don't have to refill often.
