Customer Review: Great 'upgrade' from a mop.

Having a whole house (1600 sq ft) of tiled floor with area rugs we spent a lot of time mopping. This little cleaner makes it so much easier and cleans so much better! The first time it was kind of eye-opening seeing the improvement in appearance of the tile and the dirt on the head covers used. It pulls easily and has a fairly long electrical cord.
Be sure to get additional terry cloth covers for the head if you have a large area to cleans or have kids and pets running across your floors. Or it is easy to make head covers from old towels cut to the same size.
The only problem we have had is the button you push to get continuous steam seems to pop out too easily, making it necessary to keep your finger on the switch to keep the steam coming.

We were quoted $2,600 to resurface our hardwood floors which we were told were beyond standard cleaning. We decided to try cleaning it ourselves with this steam cleaner... it did a great job, saved us almost $2,500, and is now in use around the house on a variety of jobs. I purchased this steamer after using my mother-in-law's steamer from the same manufacturer that is almost 15 years old. This little guy does not have as much pressure as her older model does, but it does a great job of steaming all the tile floor in my home. I purchased this because I was sick and tired of dragging a mop and bucket around (which I knocked over a bucket of dirty water on the carpet). I also grew tired of the cost and lack of great cleaning by my swiffer. The floors dry almost immediately and I am going to use it to steam the hard water build-up on my shower doors.Customer Review: Great Steamer!

I had a steamer in the past but after many years of use the motor went on it. I have tried to replace it with other steamers but I have always been unsatisfied with their performance and have had to return them. This steamer is great! I use it to clean my wood floors to even cleaning the brick on my fireplace. It has a lot of power. I would highly recommend it.Customer Review: Great for cleaning grout

I bought this steamer primarily for cleaning grout and it worked!!!! It took a little bit of scrubbing along with the steam but the grout looks like new. However, my grout was only two years old, so it may or may not work as well with older grout. Overall I think this machine is a great value for the price.
