I bought this several years ago. I don't like to review things till I've had a chance to use them, but I thought I had already reviewed this. Anyway, I have used this steam cleaner to steam clean walls, fireplaces, greasy air filters on range hood, remove wall paper, and clean filthy furnace blower fans. It has worked every time. Haven't had any problems. The only drawback I've found is having to screw the handle that holds the hose & hose end to the body every time you take it out of the box to use it.Customer Review: Great little steamer

I became a little obsessed with 'green' cleaning about 2 years ago. So I did some research and this was the steamer I picked. It works great! I don't use it constantly, I pull it out every couple of months for my deep cleanings. Let's put it this way, when you're done, you feel so disgusting from the grim and dirt you pulled up with this steamer, you consider using it on yourself(you need a LONG shower). I cleaned an old stove in my apartment and made it almost look new again! It's great to get up that stubborn gross stuff you've been wondering how to get rid of.
My mom borrowed it and used it to wash the walls in their living room before repainting. They were dirty from using the fireplace during the winters, but the cleaner that someone recommended to her was making her sick with fumes, plus it required too much elbow grease. We spray on some homemade green cleaner, let it sit for a few minutes and then steamed and wiped away the dirt. It made the job easier and faster for her.
Good cleaning 'agent' to use with it...white vinegar! The water heats fast, the light comes on when it's ready and I easily did my whole kitchen and bathroom on one tank. perfect attachments, it rolls behind you. I like everything about this steamer. Plus it's not huge, so its easy to store in our pantry. For this price it's exactly what I expected, and if you're an every few month deep cleaner like me, its definitely the perfect tool.

I really like the steamer. It is not a commercial one so I didn't expect miracles. The water is heated fast enough and the temperature was hot. By mistake I had the steam nozzel towards my feet and i almost had a light burn. I also like that the canister is big enough to use it for around 30 minute or more. Be aware thoug that it is not a dry steam, the floor will be a little wet so probably you'll have to dry it with something else. Despite this I still like the product a lot and I will recommend it for the money.Customer Review: Great product!

This steam cleaner is a well built product which works just as described. I see it as great for heavy or special projects such as "spring cleaning" but not a product one would find easy or necessary to use on a daily or weekly basis for general household cleaning.
The instruction manual provided is in three languages and the one I received was all mixed up - Spanish for page one, English for page two, Spanish for page three, English for page four, and so on. I copied the manual then resorted it so no big deal.
Great product, great service through Amazon and a great price. All in all a very pleasant transaction.
