This "Garden Hopper" is well built and moves quite well -- back and forth. It can't turn, but that's not a real problem. I have enjoyed using it and it definitely helps my back problems. I got this Garden Hopper because I have a bum knee and thought it would be good for planting flowers in the spring. So far I haven't used it for that but I have raced my grandsons on their little toddler bikes and I would probably win except the wheels don't swivel. It would be perfect if the wheels swiveled (for gardening too!) It's not as spiffy looking as the kids' wheels so some racing stripes would be nice too:)It's sturdy and well made. I love this product! I can scoot around and weed, plant and store my stuff under the seat, you it even has a place to set a water bottle or can of soda! No more sore knees!
