I ordered four underbed containers. Three arrived with wheels. one arrived without wheels. I contacted Amazon to tell them. And asked them to send the wheels. Without asking me they simply decided to send a replacement order -- another FOUR boxes --and expected me to somehow schleppe the FOUR boxes I received to a UPS place to be returned. If I don't I will be charged TWICE all for their mistakes!
I ordered them because I do not drive. I already packed three and put them under my bed. I find this absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I was inconvenienced by their incomplete shipment, and now I am supposed to be inconvenienced a second time? Shame on Amazon. I think this is my last order with Amazon. VEry disappointing.
And by the way the boxes are terrible. They have no way to secure them from the middle so they snap closed at the end, and even half emoty, the middle section is raised, so it's not air tight. Shoddy product.
