I bought these rugs for my daughter and she loves them. We are moving so we purchased 2 more for the new house. I received a different item the second time, they were flat not shaggy and 'cheap' in appearence. I contacted Customer Service and over a 2 week period I received two responses. The customer service number was never answered and I was put into a 'full mailbox'. I explained the situation via email to customer service and although they argeed to a full refund, they refused to pay postage so I could return the 'wrong' item they sent me.
