I was looking for a remote to turn on FANS that face our treadmills. Many remotes I've tested take a couple second to activate, are tempermental or quit working after a few weeks. Both of the ones I bought worked IMMEDIATELY and without any delay. They're attached to our treadmills and when people need air, they push the button and the fans come on. It's GREAT. I'm not sure why some people are saying the fans turn off after a couple hours, we haven't experienced that at all. The only thing I'd like different is if they came in black too.
After buying half a dozen different wireless remotes, this is the best one (and one of the cheapest) I've ever bought. Highly recommend.
Customer Review: Super Switch Stopped Working after 7 months

We bought our Super Switch in November 2008. It is the black one with 2 switches and a remote. It stopped working this past June 2009. We switched to the second one (it comes with 2) and it stopped working after 2 days, it must be something in the plug in that shorted it out. If anyone has had this problem let me know.
When I bought it I thought is was awsome, I was so bummed when it quit working!

I ordered this product for ease of turning on a hard to reach lamp switch. It works perfectly and allows me to turn this lamp on from a distance as well. The power bar is a little larger than I expected but seems well made and safe. The remote bar turns on and off easily and doesn't take up much space. These are great to have through-out the house. I use them for turning on and off everything from lights and fans to my garbage disposal. I would recommend the Super Switch to anyone... rated 10 amps.: Industrial to Residential.
