I did not purchase this product through Amazon. But I bought the exact same device (Super Switch Brand with three outlets and one remote control with three switches) from a Harbor Freight Tool Store. I experienced the same problem described by others in the reviews involving short range which kept getting shorter and eventually didn't work at all after about a week. I purchased a skylink wireless remote Skylink WS-100/WS-100N Wireless Remote Control, Channel A(Single switch and outlet) using Amazon and it has been working perfectly for over a year now.Customer Review: awesome!

I am very disappointed with this product. I used it for a week before it quit working and when I looked in the instruction manual for help it was a zero. No number to call, no help at all. I guess when you buy cheap you get cheap. I've learned my lesson!Customer Review: did not work for me

This product did not work, tried it many ways and added new battery but worked only at 2 foot range and even then intermittently. Sent it back, get the Woods brand which did work for me.Customer Review: easy botton
