Customer Review: Best *pocket* knife I've found

The problem I find with most pocket knives is that they are too big for the average pocket, or so small that they don't offer many features - a standard Swiss Army knife looks like a small log in one's pocket, and the classic Swiss Army knife has only one dinky little blade. This knife (the Executive) is significantly thinner than the standard size - about as thick as a pack of 5 sticks of gum, and the long blade is almost as long as on the larger Swiss Army knives. The short blade is good for things like cutting open tape on boxes, and the orange peeler is surprisingly useful, even if you don't eat oranges: it also has a flat-head screwdriver on it, and can be used as a can-opener in a pinch (though you'll damage the tool somewhat). The other included tools are self-explanatory, though I will say that I find all of them useful.
The thing I like best about this knife is that I actually carry it around in my pocket. I have a standard-size Swiss Army knife, and it sits in a drawer because of its size. I've had two Executives so far (the first one was inherited and it eventually died, the second one I lost), and I intend on getting a third one.

What is there to say about a Victornox Swiss Army Knife except that they are a quality pocket knife. I have been carrying Swiss type army knives for over 50 years and after carrying my Executive Swiss Army knife for over 20 years, it was misplaced and this is a replacement knife. The Swiss Army Executive knife has been my pick for a more than handy pocket knife for many years now. The blades, saw, screw driver, scissors, and file all work for many years, keep their edge and do what they are supposed to do. Unlike bigger knives that may have all that, the slim profile takes up little room in your pocket, and you can always quickly file your nails, repair equipment, cut a hang nail, open packages, fix your glasses, pick celery out of your teeth, or pull a thorn out of your skin. It's always there. The only time I can't carry it is through the airport, but it's packed away in my suitcase for use as soon as I land. The price is worth it. Get one. I have been carrying a Victrinox Executive knife for years. It has most everything I need utility wise during the day. I couldn't list the thousands of uses I've put it to over the years. From the two blades to the screwdriver, pealer, sissors, tooth-pick, tweezers; it is a lifesaver! Unfortunately, I often misplace or even lose one. I always keep a couple on hand for that reason. Now they won't let you carry it on a plane, but because of the liquid restrictions I usually check one bag, so I keep an Executive in by suitcase.Customer Review: Big tool small size

This tool is though compact has been proven very useful over the years. I received this as a gift from my grandmother many years ago, quality product that has stood up the test of time in my book. I have used it to fix glasses, cut coupons, pulled slivers, peal oranges.... The blade has been easy to keep sharpened and I would have no problem recommending this tool to anyone looking for a versatile small pocket knife to carry with them daily.
