It can strip, cut, and of course crimp. It can crimp both RJ45 and RJ11 connectors, but the stripping blade is set for cat5e cable size. This is fine as most people use it for network cable. A solid, nice, handy tool. I bought Remee cat5e bulk cable from ebay for home networking, cheap and high quality.Customer Review: First time to use a crimp tool

I've used a few crimpers in my day and although this isn't the fanciest tool it gets the job done, and it does it well. It feels sturdy in your hand and I think this will have some longevity to it. The blades are plenty sharp, and I've had no troubles stripping cabling or cutting it. (Made about 20ish cables so far - all perfect) I would have liked to have it auto-release when successfully crimped, but apart from that... for this price... you really can't go wrong.Customer Review: Good

recieved the product as ordered. I have no complaint with the company only the product. I have used another crimping tool that cut the wires as it crimped and it was much easier to build the connection. With this tool you must push the wires through the male end then cut the wires and then pull them back slightly before crimping the end.Customer Review: Good RJ-45 Crimper

Excellent build quality, especially for the price. Wire stripper works well and the crimping part, well, crimps, but I can't testify to the cutting portion that another reviewer complained about. I figure if I need to cut a Cat5 cable I'll just use a pair of pliers, so I'm not too concerned. The major thing is that it crimps RJ-45 and RJ-11 connectors to their respective cables, and it does this exceedingly well. Would recommend to anyone who needs one of these.
