Customer Review: Fabulous but rarely works

I'm on my second one and it still does not get past 97% - It has to reach 100% to clean your vegatables. Even plain water gets the error message F1 before finishing. it's obvious this product should not have been launched yet. It did go all the way through the cycle one time ( out of 30 other trys), the vegtables were wonderful that actually made it through and were better tasting and stayed fresh longer.Customer Review: Finally a product that does away with toxic cleaning chemicals!

The lotus sanitizing system represents the first time a product has been available that cleans and sanitizes without the need for toxic chemicals. Yes they've had some product teething issues but as their company representative said, they have worked them through and replaced faulty product immediately. If you look through some of the information found on their website, it's a Godsend that they've arrived with a solution to the problem of proliferating toxic chemicals in our environment.
"In the first update in nearly 20 years, the Environmental Protection Agency stated in its 'Guidelines for Carcinogen Risk Assessment' that children 2 years old and younger might be 10 times more vulnerable than adults to certain chemicals, and children between the ages of 2 and 16 might be three times more vulnerable. Some of the reasons provided were: Differences in the capacity to metabolize and clear chemicals, more frequent cell division during development can result in enhanced expression of mutations, some embryonic cells - such as brain cells - lack key DNA repair enzymes and some components of the immune system are not fully functional during development."

I purchased the Lotus System in April after reading tons of customer reviews. I use it daily. I think it is WONDERFUL!
I did email the Tersano folks and they helped me out when I was getting an F1 - but it was just because I was trying to do grapes & strawberries too much at one time and the juices were mixing in with the water. Their Help group is great to work with and after I got the grape juices cleaned out of the system - it has been fine!
I love being able to have the confidence that I have done the best I can in cleaning vegetables & fruits for my family - as well as all the Cleaning I use it for! Basically - everything!
(I do use it on my face in the shower also - I figure if Hollywood stars pay for Oxygenated treatments - I will just take my Tersano bottle to the shower!!)

I ordered this product in hopes that it would work. I am an avid gardener and enjoy eating vegetables from my garden. This product could give me peace of mind knowing what I consume is free from bacteria. I was never able to complete a cycle of cleaning because an error occured each time. I called customer support and they wanted me to run it on bottled water and give a call back. Why should I use bottled water? Call me when the real deal is available.Customer Review: Good concept, but fail within 24hrs

I didn't know it is sold by Sharper image until couple hours earlier when i was trying to search the web for my F1 issues. I will try to contact the customer support tomorrow to see if there is any solution, but if I'm reading all the "real" review carefully, this is a very troubled product. Man I threw away the boxes already, and I'm not sure how Tersano handles RMA... I will report back and let you know their customer service. Btw i bought the unit directly from the website which is cheaper at the moment... I hoped i didn't get one of those returned unit...
