Customer Review: Great Idea but poorly implmented

Who wouldn't want special water to clean with without chemicals? A great idea but in everyday use its temperamental and errors out frequently. In the year and a half I've owned it it's probably worked three months. The company has replaced it three times but each unit failed within weeks. Finally they offered an out-of-warrantee replacement if I sent back the unit at my cost and gave them another $39.99. If it were a new version then maybe but I don't want to be having the same conversation in three weeks about out of warrantee replacement. I'd wait for the next version. This one I'm throwing in the trash, along with the mop!Customer Review: Great Product

I have been using this since June & the water treatment system since July. I love both of them. I have not had any problem with either unit. For those of you getting an F1 "error", what that really means is that your produce needs more cleaning to finish sanitizing. Empty the bowl, add fresh water, & process again. I have only had to run a few produce items through twice & I noticed that both were from the same market. I really like the spray bottle for cleaning the kitchen. It doesn't leave any residue. I have noticed that as I'm getting older I have become more sensitive to artificial fragrances, so not having cleaning product smells is nice. It is a little difficult to wrap my brain around killing bacteria with "supercharged water", but it seems to work!Customer Review: Great Product

We bought this system in June of 2009. We use it for everything from sanitizing our fruits and vegis to washing our floors. We only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because the original unit quit working a litle over a month ago. However, Tersano sent a replacement unit with all new attachments. I have had this product for about 6 weeks now and have not had any problems with the operation of it. I find it very easy to use. I have had one F1 error and I simply changed the water from the bowl with fresh water and reran the cycle and it went to 100%.
I use it for both household cleaning (including stains) and for washing produce. It is so great to be able to clean around the house without using harmful chemicals.
The company has wonderful customer service, which is important to me. I sent customer service an email asking for the item to hold the produce down in the bowl and I received a response the next day and the product in the mail within 5 days. We are so pleased with the product we are now planning to buy their water treatment system. I would definitely repurchase!

I really wanted to like this product. In fact, I liked the idea behind this product so much that I bought 2 units. (LBU 100)
BOTH units are faulty. One leaks water from the base and give endless error codes and the other gives error codes and a hot electrical smell. ALL instructions have been followed and the second unit was just opened for the first time the other day. (I bought it as a back up.)
Customer service is terrible. Adriana in customer service told be that the only solution they could offer me would be to let me purchase more units. If the first two are complete junk...WHY, OH WHY would I throw good money after bad and buy 2 more??!! Dumb...
I think there are safety issues with this product and would encourage those experiencing problems to complain to the consumer product agencies. (both in the U.S. and Canada)
I will also post a video review of these machines in action so you may make an informed decision BEFORE you spend your money on this.
