Tool Review: Worked for the first year....then, 'crap'...

Don't buy this product. We purchased the whole set in June, 2009. Worked reasonably well for about a year. We used it on the average of 1 time/week. In the Summer of 2010, we then began to get an error message when we turned it on--particuarly using the bowl. It refused to work. We replaced the filter cartridge--still didn't work. We contacted the company's "customer service"--what a joke. They said it was out of warranty and essentially offered no help whatsoever--but did suggest that we buy a WHOLE NEW We will never buy another Tersano product and are recommending to our friends to do likewise....
