I am not the owner of the company and have no stock or stake in the company, what I am about to tell you is 100% true. I read several reviews and even called a few dealers and heard only good things about this product. The sound is very clear, it is easy to install (about 15 min each) and works exactly as promised. I even bought 2 of the flush mounted intercoms and they work great also. I paid about $220.00 for all four units, with tax and shipping. Only problem is that I had a hard time making them all work together but after I called their free 1-800 number (included in the directions) they walked me through the process, they have worked perfectly ever since. The only thing I am not sure of is the battery life, they promised 6 months to 1 year and we will see (only had them for a month so far), if the batteries last as they promise then this would be the best wireless intercom product in the world in my opion. I did check out the Westinghouse competing product before and was VERY UN-happy.Customer Review: Great doorbell

Just replaced my Westinghouse system with the Chamberlain. It's great. The Westinghouse never worked correctly. It was tinny when it did work, then stopped working. This system was easy to set up and operate. Put in batteries, hit learn button, and mount the doorbell. I added a second intercom. Purchased one set and liked it so much bought another set for 2nd door. Easy to install and use -- simple setup. Just wish it came with an option to purchase adapter with it -- uses batteries and we'll just have to see how long they last.Customer Review: It's OK

This product works as advertised. However, be careful that you use the right batteries. There are batteries of the same size that will not work. I also wish that I could talk to the outdoor bell unit from the base unit without having someone pressing the outdoor button.I can see who's coming to the door so it would sure be helpful if I could just press the talk button and talk to the person at the door.
