Customer Review: Great Service, but Product has Flaws

The company got this out to me quickly and their service was great. The product has many different types of compartments for storing tools and that is great; however, the tool box becomes top heavy when loaded with tools. If you move the toolbox away from the wall and you have heavy tools in the top of it, the wheels will cause it to come away from the wall and run over your foot, falling backwards and causing a mess if it is open.
