This product works well. Clear directions came with it.
Have used before on the same dishwasher rack about 6/7 years ago; it prevented the rack from getting worse and has only now begun to wear off hence the order of a new bottle.

The repair kit arrived quickly. I only just completed the repairs a few days ago, and only run the machine once since, but everything seems to be holding up ok.
One thing I noticed is that the little rubber caps are quite sticky when sliding dishes into the slots on the rack, compared to the original tine tips, but that will probably go away after a while.

Did what it was supposed to. Only advise is that you should get a good wire cutter to trim off the rusted part. The tips fit on pretty snug. Don't forget to apply the "goop" first.
