This is a practical padlock for a light/medium security situation where valuables will not be kept for long periods of time.
It is very quick to open and appears sturdy enough for use in open areas, such as locker rooms or hall lockers but not on a bicycle in a high theft area.
Since it uses 5 of 10 digits there are only 252 possible combinations.
It great for a locker room where you can open it easily in dim light or with slippery fingers and it is unlikely someone would take the time to work through all the combinations (if they don't know how many buttons need to be pushed there are 1023 possibilities) or use tools to force it open.
One con is that the combination buttons are always pushed when the lock is open, so an observer would be able to get the combination while you are opening it or leaving it hanging unlocked.
