Like others have mentioned, this lock isn't ideal for high security. It is a light duty lock, but in that role, it works perfectly. I bought it for use on a kids clubhouse so that my 9 yr old wouldn't have to keep track of a key. It is easier for him to remember the combination. Wish I could change the combination though because if anyone forgets to reset it (by pushing the little buttons back from the opposite side of the lock) then someone else can see the combination.
