If you do any baking, especially cookies, you must have parchment paper. Cookies brown much more evenly and there is never a problem with sticking to the tray. I line bread pans with it when making banana bread and the bread pops right out of the pan. My wife uses it to line the kitchen drawers.Customer Review: Exactly what I was looking for!

I have used parchment paper on the roll for years. I am on an Air Force base in Okinawa, Japan and our commissary doesn't carry parchment paper. I ran across these on Amazon and decided to order them. They are perfect for my Pampered Chef large bar pan. I use the liners when I bake anything on that pan. Clean up is a breeze. High quality parchment paper; sheets are much easier to use than the box rolls available at grocery stores, Walmart, X-mas Tree, etc. Cookies really do cook evenly all the way to their edges. The sheets are very durable and appropriately sized. After reading previous reviews, I noticed after folding a few sheets in half, they weren't unevenly cut. Also, they did come rolled up, but once I unraveled them, they were perfectly flat, and I experienced no problems placing them on baking sheets. They're great quality, and shipped fast, even though I did not pay anything extra for expedited shipping.Customer Review: GREAT PRODUCT!

These parchment papers are awesome! I love the fact that they are not on a ROLL! Less waste this way. They fit almost perfectly in my sheet pans and I can cut them to fit in the others.
