Customer Review: Great product, but disappointed that it's shipped in a roll

I thought I understood that precut parchment paper sheets were GREAT because they were flat and easier to use than the rolls you buy at the grocery store. And, of course, I missed the final line in the product description that says:
"NOTE: Parchment paper sheets are rolled for shipping and storage; lay flat to unfurl."
So it shows up from Canada on my front doorstep via UPS in a box that's 18x4x4... just a bit larger than the rolls at the grocery store. And sure enough, I open it up to find all the precut sheets are indeed rolled up.
I'm sure I can lay them flat for a day or a week to unfurl, but I was simply very surprised during the unveil to find that more work was needed to beat out the grocery store brand.

These sheets are a much higher quality than the rolled parchment you can find in the grocery store. The price is great compared to some other websites. They also perform well in high heat, though they may yellow slightly and become somewhat brittle. If baking multiple batches of one item, you can reuse the sheets several times. If you bake, or like to bake and do so in quantity, these parchment sheets are a must buy.Customer Review: Great value

This paper is just like the much more expensive parchment papers being offered by other vendors, only at a much better price! Comes rolled, so there are no creases; high quality paper. This is a really nice quality parchment paper. It doesn't fit perfectly into my half sheet pans - it overlaps some, so I have to fold two sides under every time I bake. This is kind of a pain, but I do like the overlap when I line a pan to thaw chicken on. (I don't like the idea of putting frozen, raw chicken breasts onto an aluminum pan.) I have gone through my 100 sheets in less than a year, so I had to buy more. I shopped around before buying from Amazon again. I found some on an auction website for about half the price. On the description it said how it fits PERFECTLY into a half sheet pan. Hmmmm...fits perfectly (no more pesky folding two sides) and HALF the price, I bought it. I have to say, it did fit perfectly, but the quality left much to be desired. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for". Well, next time I need half sheet parchment paper, I will order it from here.Customer Review: I shoudl have measured more carefully

These are slightly larger than my "standard" half sheet pans, so I have to do some folding each time, but my own fault for not measuring more carefully. The quality of the parchment is fine, pretty standard, really. When you get the box, you might want to open it on the end only if you need a storage device for them in your cupboard, and the box works pretty well. Go forth and bake.
