The large amount of cut sheets of parchment paper were very much needed by the ladies of our church as we have a holiday bake sale and make large quantities of nut rolls, cookies, and other items. They were just the right size to fit our large baking pans. The only disadvantage was the cost of the shipping, which cost almost as much as the parchment sheets. I love these sheets. They are so easy to use, compared to a roll of parchment. I cut these in half and they fit perfectly in my medium sized baking sheet (the one I use most often). I have been using parchment for my baking for quite some time. Delighted to have found the pre-cut ones.
