My recent purchase of the underbed shoe organizer has been met with some disappointment. I want to stress that although I am not satisfied at all with the product, I am very satisfied with the customer service. Soon after purchasing my organizer and expressing my review of the product, I received a call from the company and they did a great job in providing me quality customer service. I really want to say thank you for being timely and very aware of your customer's need. I gave away the replacement organizer to a friend.
I must say if the shoe organizer was made of sturdier stuff it would be one of the best inventions of the decade. If you really want it to be in demand add some wheels on the ends. I do use it but it continues to tear and rip as I pushed or pulled it out from under my bed. In short, customer service was great and the organizer was not so great!
Please do not call me or send me another organizer (as before). Thank you! Keep that customer service team no matter what!

This is a fabric made under-the-bed shoe organizer. The inside in sectioned off into compartments that fit 1 pair of shoes each. The problem is the material used to create the individual sections is not sewn into the bottom of the unit. So, once you have all of your shoes in the organizer and then pick it up, the shoes all fall out of their individual compartments and fall all together into the bottom of the unit. If the material used to section off the unit was sewn into the bottom, this would be much better. I was not happy with this purchase and it will end up going in the trash.Customer Review: Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money! Made of very flimsy materials. Zippers have no stops and simply come off the ends. The plastic sides are so thin that if the snag on anything they tear. The dividers are cardboard and are cut too big to fit into the case properly, they need to be cut down first, otherwise they stretch the sides out and put too much pressure on the zipped sides, pulling the zippered sides apart. There are no outer supports, cardboard or otherwise on the ends and sides. Overall, this product needs to be re-engineered. A great idea, but very poor quality.
