I own two Surefire E2Ds and was in search of a small holster that will keep a low profile when carried on the belt. In addition, I did not want to have to remove the belt whenever I wanted to carry the E2D.
The V21 fits the bill perfectly. The holster is attached to the belt by a velcro loop that can be secured without having to remove the belt. The holster is very light weight, and relatively inconspicuous (other than the Surefire lettering on the flap).
I now have 2 of these holsters.

Works great for the Surefire G2 which I use it in the field as an EMT. It's a tight fit which is nice, my flashlight will never accidentally fall out. Unfortunately, the case is so tight that pulling out the flashlight, or putting it away for that matter, can be a little tricky with just one hand, sometimes I really have to wrench on it. I'm pretty sure the case will loosen up in time though. If you are looking for a case that allows for a quick draw, this is not it. I would buy it again, works great for me.
Update 4/25/08: Velco is holding up good, use it almost every day at work and have had no problems yet. Did leave my light on somehow in the holster and it burned a hole into the top nylon flap, but it still is holding up and working great.

This Holster works well on a duty belt however; if you have an Sure Fire A2 or G2 flashlight with an filter/beam cover attached, it will not be able to seat properly in order to close the holster and secure your flashlight.Customer Review: V21 Surefire Flashlight Holster

I have owned this holster for a mere two months, so as for it holding up, that is pretty much a given. It fits my 6P Original perfect, though i wish the holster wasn't as bulky as it is, but i guess there was not too much of a way around that based on the size of the light. For the most part the holster is very sturdy and has taken lots of scrapes and snags without the threads coming loose. i am pretty sure this holster will last me for years to come, and maybe even a lifetime if the flash light last that long as well.Customer Review: works well for on the job
