Customer Review: It is not what they say it is...

I ordered these turbines and the items I actually received is not "CX12IBALWG". It is actually "CX0012WSG". I called up the manufacturer, Ventamatic, to ask the difference. They told me that CX0012WSG is a light-weight model, which they call "Wind Surfer". It has plastic bearings (DuPont Delring) instead of stainless steel bearings (on the actual "wind turbine" model, CX12IBALWG).
I compared the internally braced wind turbine's picture on Ventamatic's website, it seems that the wind turbine model has two additional set of triangle braces to support the riser and the turbine, while the wind surfer has only none but three branch internal support. The wind turbine is definitely much more stronger with those two additional triangle reinforcement than the wind surfer. Ventamatic told me this special "wind surfer" model is created for dealers like "Deerso" to reduce price... BUT somehow Deerso advertised it as a "CX12IBALWG" on Amazon.
I called Deerso to ask why I received a different model than what I ordered. They told me they do not carry CX12IBALWG any more and they can only return them for me. I do not know why they are still selling these light models on Amazon as a "CX12IBALWG" if they know they are shipping a cheap replacement.
So be ware of this seller and take a closer look at what you get.
