I decided to purchase this cookie sheet based on a Cook's Illustrated review. When I received my cookie sheet, I was AMAZED to see how thick and heavy-duty it was! It is perfectly straight, and the size is wonderful also -- I used this one cookie sheet to bake some pastries where I used to have to use 2 of my older cookies sheets because of their smaller size. Highly recommended.

These are great. I use them mostly for cookies or roasted veggies and they work very well. They are almost always non-stick (once they weren't, and now I use spray just to be safe). You can tell by the heavier feel of them that the manufacturer didn't scrimp on making them with expensive metal, which means they will last longer and have even heat distribution. Which they do. They are huge though so with my oven I did have to use two different oven shelves, which means mandatory sheet rotating for cookies. But I don't care; these are fantastic! I like the idea of getting quality items that will last a very long time.Customer Review: Highly Recommended

* * * and it's also hard to find more good things to say about these cookie sheets that haven't already been expressed by other reviewers. I've been cooking/baking for 45 years and have gone through COUNTLESS cookies sheets - most all lacking in quality and performance. As Cooks Illustrated points out, the raised handles on both short sides of the sheet make it ideal for rotating midway during baking. I purchased two of these cookie sheets (half the price elsewhere), and I simply love them. I tossed out all my other nonstick/airbake/texturized cookies sheets - these two are all I'll ever need - and I'm sure my kids will be fighting over them when I'm gone.Customer Review: Love this cookie sheet!

I've had these cookie sheets for about a year and I love them! They're quite heavy but they're so well-made. I would highly recommend them!
