I purchased this after reading a review in Cooks Illustrated. I had been burning cookies badly and after switching to the Vollrath cookie sheet with a sheet of parchment paper, no more burnt cookies. The sheet is sturdy and does not warp. The lack of sides on two edges makes it easy to slid the cookies off of the sheet to a cooling rack, sweet.Customer Review: Perfect cookies

Yep, this is what Cook's Illustrated likes for their cookie sheet, and it makes sense. This is heavy, sturdy, and simply useful good sized cookie sheet. It's expensive, but it'll make you happy each time you use it and it'll last longer without warping.
