This is a beautiful candle holder. I bought it hoping that I could put a battery operated votive candle inside to keep on my desk at work...to keep away the negative energy of coworkers. But the battery operated candles don't warm it up enough.
But with a real votive or tea size candle at home, it does work wonderfully.
