The only complaint that I have about the product is that it lacks an assortment of durable cleaning pads similar to other products that you see advertised. There is not even any clear information as to what could be used as a pad. Instructions and details are limited in the product information as well. I received the wagner steam cleaner the day I brought my boat from the lake. It cleaned all the carpets, vinyl seating, hatch areas as well as those hard to get areas like built in ice chests, cup holders and storage areas and found it easy to use. I treated older stains with simple green and they came out as well. It did what I wanted it to do. I am sure I will use it indoors as well. A great product. After stripping wall paper w/ a chemical stripper and spending weeks doing it I decided to get this power steamer before starting the next project. Using this steamer was a dream! It took 1 afternoon to strip the entire room and that is counting the heat up and cool down time! I got one of these because my kids have allergies to chemical cleaning products. I have been very impressed with how well it works. I have used it on all of the sinks and faucets, they sparkle like never before. I have a pizza stone, that had become too greasy to use, the steamer de-greased it, and it is usable again. It cleans windows so fast it makes cleaning seem like it is fun. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to have their home clean and germ free without the danger of toxic chemical residue.
