I bought this machine to remove wallpaper, it made the job so much easier to remove it. Then I decided to see what it would do for my floors, talk about clean, I've been amazed what this little steamer does since I've boughten it. I also have tile counter tops, cleans the grout ten times better than a brush and in a tenth of the time. I would recomend this unit to anyone looking to make their cleaning jobs easier.

I was anxious to try this steamer on my tile floors. Easy to set up, was up and running in minutes! Solid, well made floor steamer with many attachments. Trick to it, don't push so hard...let the steam do the work for you. The floor brush with it's pad glides easily, cleans very well. Nice touch, no special pads needed. With clip on mounting on the floor attachment, you can even use regular terry towels if you don't want to buy replacement pads. Definately worth the money! I bought this steamer in an attempt to reclaim the grout in one of our showers that was already starting to go when we bought the house from the previous owners. I honestly thought the shower was beyond hope and the tile would have to be ripped out as I had tried every cleaner on the market w/o success. Between the steam and the wire brush head my shower is now spotless. The grout went from black to white in some places. We have a great deal of tile downstairs and the floor cleaner made it so easy and fast to clean. Also, it dries so much quicker than when I used a traditional mop. Absolutely, one of my favorite buys of all times. For the people that say it didn't clean their grout, they just aren't using the correct attachment, you still have to scrub, but it actually comes off with the steamer. My mom also borrowed it to remove the wallpaper in her bathroom and found it to be a huge help. I am looking forward to using the window washing attachment. I bought this steamer on the recommendation of my pest control officer as we are currently dealing with bedbugs. I have used it to steam my furniture and carpet to kill the bugs and as far as I can tell it's been very effective. I can't comment, therefore, on the uses it's intended for, like wall paper stripping. It's very easy to use and has lots of useful attachments. My only gripe would be that it does spit water, but under most circumstances I'm sure that wouldn't affect what you're doing. All in all very pleased.Customer Review: An excellent product!

I recently purchased this steamer, and it did an excellent job of cleaning my floors. Next, I decided to tackle the shower which I do not clean on a regular basis. I steamed it, then scrubbed and steamed again, and months of soap build up rinsed right off. The construction is sturdy, and it can be used for so many more functions than the regular floor steamers. I highly recommend this top notch product!
