This Waste King disposal arrived in a flash--- excellent order fulfillment! My key issue in satisfaction is operation and longevity. Disposer seems to work fine, but have had it in operation for only about two weeks. Expect it to last *at least* 5+ years. It appeared to be easy to install, but mine was done by a pro. Downside? I find the unit to be rather loud when it's operating. Have not seen db stats for disposer units. If noisiness is an issue, consumers won't discover it until after unit is purchased and installed--- true for everything from auto tires to garbage disposers. Warrantee on this unit is excellent--- a key element in my decision to purchase it as a result of highly informative website: www.anaheimmfg.com
