We were very pleased with our order and the very fast processing and shipping. The install was easy and the install documentation was very thorough and well done. The easy mount system was just that. From beginning to end the install only took my handy husband less than 1 hour. It comes with a power cord installed but it can be easily removed and direct wired if that is what you already have. The other reviews adequately prepared me for the product I purchased. The installation was a breeze, the performance was exceptional and as noted in the other reviews, it was a bit noisier than the unit it replaced. However, I was willing to accept a unit that was a little noisier as a trade off for performance, warranty and ease of installation.Customer Review: Didn't know how bad the old one was

An easy install by my "handyman" and away we go. Don't know that we grid everything others do but it is very powerful and much more quiet than our 10 year old original. Good price from Amazon....quick delivery....highly recommended transaction. I probably could have installed this myself but my 70+ year old body doesn't do under sinks any more !!Customer Review: Died after 15 months

The motor died after 15 months...I had bought a similar unit from Costco last year.
Really messy.
Irritating, loud clicking noise when the motor starts.
The thin metal ring on the top came off, because coffee grounds loged underneath after some time.
The unit is too heavy for the mechanism to screw it on.
The engine was too strong for the flimsy holders...but only until it died.
I went with a Sears Incinerator OEM with 5 years warranty in-home exchange instead.
Less power but much stronger built.
Don't waste your time with waste king products.
