Installed this shower head last night. As other reviewers have said it leaks a little which is true. It leaked from the hinge points in the arm and leaked from the top of the shower head part that connected to the arm. After re-applying plumbers tape and tighting everything down and tweaking it here and there I got it to stop leaking. Now it works pretty good. It has good pressure. The pulsating massage works as advertised. The rainfall works best with the head pointed straight down. So far I am very pleased with this product.
