Installed this shower head last night. As other reviewers have said it leaks a little which is true. It leaked from the hinge points in the arm and leaked from the top of the shower head part that connected to the arm. After re-applying plumbers tape and tighting everything down and tweaking it here and there I got it to stop leaking. Now it works pretty good. It has good pressure. The pulsating massage works as advertised. The rainfall works best with the head pointed straight down. If the massage feature is important to you, you won't be happy with this shower head.
It has a pretty good rainfall type shower and it's nice to have the option to switch to a center spray. But, the 'pulsating' massage feature is pretty wimpy. It's not nearly as good as other WaterPik shower heads that I've used. I removed the flow restricter from the shower head and that didn't help much.
The shower head is lightweight plastic with a metal-like coating.
The adjustable extension arm and associated hardware is very good quality chrome plated solid brass. (That's why I gave it 3 stars).
I am now using my old Moen shower head with the WaterPik extension arm.

this shower head looks great but doe NOT function like you would think. We have great water pressure and even taking the "water saver" out the water trickles out making rinsing shampoo out of yoyr hair a nightmare. I dont like it at all.Customer Review: shower head too large
