This really is a great deal. My shower head in the new apartment was OK. it felt like I had low pressure and the spray was narrow. This shower head far exceeded my expectations, great spray and pressure. I didn't even have to remove the flow regulator and it was so easy to install. It took me longer to get the old showerhead off than it took to install this one.
Do yourself a favor and get this.

There is nothing worse than a poorly functioning shower head. Actually, that is overstated since there are many things I can now think of which are worse. But having a bad shower head is a daily aggravation which can be avoided -- but only if one finds a suitable replacement!
I have owned many shower heads but I like this one the best. It combines a good spray pattern (large) with sufficient pressure without being a water hog. I did not remove the flow restrictor, but like the option to do so if my house water pressure is not up to the job. Having the rubber nozzles makes for a long term, clog free experience (based on past rubber nozzle heads I have owned).
The only minor negative I can offer is that this head is BIG. I was not prepared for its size. It was a startling contrast to past heads I have used. But I got over it and now understand the dimensions as necessary for the delivered coverage. This is not a real issue in any event since its size does not get in the way.

I've received nothing but the best performance from this shower head. Having had it for close to three years, I can say without a doubt it's the best I've ever used in my lifetime. If you so choose to remove the water restricter, any shower snob will be handily impressed with its performance. After removing mine, I found the pressure at full-on to be painful...honestly.
Those with "jet clogging" water will be happy with it's output over time, as the spread and number of it's jet beats anything out there for the price. I'm ordering three more today, as it is no longer available in local stores, and mine now has roughly half of it's jet's clogged (but STILL more than functional). My well water has no filtration and I get sand from time to time. Other showerheads only last from 6-12 months.
