Having recently cleaned and remodeled a bathroom, I was looking for a showerhead that was larger than your typical handheld. I wanted to be something that was sure to deliver the water, and boy does this do the trick. Installation was easy, even removing the water pressure regulator, and within minutes I was enjoying a shower that was beyond refreshing and relaxing. You may want to set an alarm to make sure you get out of the shower, because you may not want to leave.Customer Review: Broke after very little use

I loved this shower head. It WAS great, until it broke. I brought it with me to a new apartment, went to install it and was drenched with water because the selector broke, causing the water to shoot out the holes where the selector once was. I was deeply disappointed. When the shower head worked, it was nice, but it broke so quickly that I am disappointed in this product.Customer Review: Broke within one month

The portion that attaches this head to the stem is plastic. Every time you adjust the angle of the shower spray (which is every time someone showers if people of different height live in your house) it puts strain on this part. It shattered, and I bought a similar head from Moen that has all metal parts.
As a purely decorative piece I would give it 5 stars, but for practical purposes, just 1.

Had this showerhead for about a week now, and am still loving it. The shape takes some getting used to, but it's great to use. The power stream setting is a power stream - accidentally had it aimed at the back wall of the shower when I turned it on and water went everywhere. I enjoy the full-body spray - gets enough water all over so I don't get cold in the mornings.
My only grief is that I'm short, so the head has to be pointed down. The shower head is now almost touching the wall along the bottom - so it would be hard to adjust for anyone shorter than me. (5'4")
Yes, the switch is plastic - but I'm okay with getting a year+ of use out of a $25 product.
