Tools and Hardware Reviews of Waterpik CF-201 Cascadia Dual Mode 8-Inch Showerhead, WhiteCustomer Review: Breaks easily Summary: 2 Stars
The flow of water is good. But the "handle" cannot be pulled with even a mild force. We've broken 2 of these and won't buy a 3rd.
Customer Review: Brill Shower head Summary: 5 Stars
This shower head is so good I bought two - even though Amazon.com couldn't ship to the UK, and Amazon.co.uk doesn't stock it !!
It gives a nice wide strong stream, which is easily directed with the flexi-hose.
Self installation very easy.
Customer Review: Cheap materials ruin this product Summary: 1 Stars
In a word this is junk. The flexible arm is too weak to support the large rainfall head. From day one it wanted to droop down and not stay in place. If I managed to get it in the desired position it only took the slightest touch to make it fall back down - forget about the button for spray selection. It's very disappointing considering I had an older "gooseneck" shower head from Waterpik that worked without any issues, but it seems they decided to go with a cheap design that renders this product essentially unusable.
Customer Review: Definately Worth It! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this about 2 years ago because of its rain feature. Last night the hose finally gave way and I came online to buy a replacement. Though I never had a problem with mind, reading the negative reviews about its flimsiness made me nervous about buying another one online. I decided I'd look for it in store. Then I read on Amazon that it comes with a 5 year warranty. Though I can't remember where I put my receipt - its been 2 years, I decided to call Waterpik. The gal on the phone took my information and said I should get my replacement in 7-10 days!! The call took less than 6 minutes. She didn't want proof of purchase, etc and told me to just trash the broken one! I spent a little under $30 when I bought it, and now I get a new one for free!!
Customer Review: Didn't sag for me. Summary: 4 Stars
I've had this showerhead for over three years. I stumbled across it here on amazon because now I'm looking for a new one with a hand held option so I can wash my dog more easily in the shower. If I hadn't adopted a dog, I probably would continue using the waterpik indefinitely.
After reading some of the reviews, I just wanted to chime in and say that I've never had any issue with sagging. It stays where I put it. The swiveling arm is quite sturdy and stiff, and it has always stayed in place. I only use the rain option, not the other option (where water only comes out the middle gray part at a higher pressure), which I think has rather limited utility. I think it cleans quite thoroughly in rain mode, contrary to what some other people wrote. Perhaps this depends on your water pressure, and on whether you left the flow-limiting piece in (I took it out).
