We have only had this showerhead for one month. Already the nozzles are clogging. The spray has become more like pins and needles than a gentle waterfall. Do NOT purchase this product if you have hard water.Customer Review: Cool shower head

After reading all the good things about this showerhead i figured that i would try it. I had tried the Cascadia Showerhead by waterpik, but the darn thing kept falling. I am glad I found this one. The showerhead was easy to install and now i got my bf hooked on it. If you're looking for a shower head that doesn't spray too hard or too much at one time, then this is your new best friend. When I eventually get a house, this showerhead will be in every shower. This is a must have if you enjoy your showers as much as I do.Customer Review: Dependable

I have only had this product installed for a few days, but it seems to be working fine with no issues. I have never used another rainfall shower head, so I do not know what kind of experience I should be having. Now almost 1 year later, still love this showerhead. The water falls like rain, but with a little extra umph. The wife still likes it, and it is more than adequate the get her hair clean. We have had no issues with durability and the arm stays right where we originally put it.
After reading many of the reviews before this sounded like exactly what we were looking for. The requirements (1) rain-like waterfall, (2) reasonable flow, at least enough to rinse the water out of my wifes hair, (3) not too expensive, and (4) asthetically pleasing.
This showerhead does all of those things. After reading about many many showerheads, I was the most worried about #2 above. It seemed like most showerheads of this type were disapointing in their waterflow. Even after our first shower it was obvious that we were going to be just fine. Totally satisfied.

This shower head is great! I was a little concerned about the water pressure not being high enough after reading some reviews of more expensive 'Downpour' heads, but it works great.
And you don't even need any tools to install it. The review that said you needed really strong fingers for the adjustment knobs is quite an exaggeration.
