This showerhead delivers what it promises, a "soft and drenching rain experience". The water distribution is uniform through the 60 spray channels and there seems to be very little restraining of water happening.The 9-inch swing arm is of good length, but could be longer. It is not very easy to adjust though. The tightening screws are not strong enough to support the weight of the arm and showerhead. You need to tighten these very hard to keep the showerhead in place, so the "arm adjusts for personalized positions" statement isn't true, unless everyone has strong hands.
Otherwise, everything is perfect. The finish is great, it looks very good, and it will make you feel like, as much as a showerhead can, under the rain.

I can't complain about the product. For the price it is very nice. I did not have any trouble tightening the wing nuts so the shower head stays where I want it. The arm could be another 3 inches long and the actual shower head could be a little bigger but again for the money it is a good value.Customer Review: Great Product

I purchased this product for my boyfriend last week because he saw it in a store, and thought it looked like a great showerhead. I love this thing! Not only does it feel like a soft rainfall when you are taking a shower, it also feels like you are having a great head massage. I got the WaterPik JP-130 to replace a shower head that was set too low for my husband. Installation was easy enough, though, we had to purchase plumber's white tape to get a good seal. Other showerheads I've purchased have come with the tape included which is why I took off one star. The arm was long enough that my husband can step under it and still have clearance from the wall. It creates a soft fall of water that I really enjoy and the head is large enough that I am actually able to wash my hair more quickly as it hits more of my hair at one tim. I've not had any problems with the thumb screws and I have been move the unit quite often so that I can shave my legs. I've loved this product so far and would definitely purchase again.
