I bought this cart specifically for when I do out of town photo shoots. The cart can be fit into the front pocket of a larger air shippable lighting case, like a tenba case, or used to cart your photo gear onto the plane. It folds up more compactly than your regular luggage carts and is a lot more durable and rugged. It is a lifesaver that you don't have to check separately as separate luggage if you can pack it or use it for your carry-on luggage, in my experience
The only downside of my cart is that I have to pull the wheels out a little to open the cart. My larger Wesco cart opens just by pulling down the base, so I don't know if this is a problem my my specific cart, or with this model. I would still recommend it!
