Customer Review: Decent but not silent or durable

I bought 5 of this fan because I live in Texas and ceiling fan is a must for energy efficiency and frankly, it's very very hot here. I read the reviews posted thus far and a few personal opinions:
1. Easy to install - true
After installing 5 of this fan and taking one apart twice, I can do this in my sleep. It's not as well designed as a more expensive (albeit when onsale, much better value) Hunter, anyone with min skill in following instructions can do this.
2. Silent Operation - false
After a year of usage with the comparison point being a similar priced (after sale) Hunter fan, I have to say that this is not as quiet. If you live next to the rail road and can't hear anything else, this fan is fine. I live in a quiet neighborhood and this fan is quite noisy. I can only tolerate it at medium speed or lower.
3. Vibration - true
This has to do with the triple light design. If the light bulbs are different in any way, the balance is thrown off and the whole fan vibrates. Very annoying.
I like the appearance of the fan, match the white decor of the house but in terms of usage and operation, I would not have purchase this again.

You cannot beat the price!!! They work great and 3 lights are better than 1. When purchasing light bulbs for this fan, remember that it does not accept standard bulbs. It takes the candleabra type with a smaller base, not a problem though.Customer Review: Prety much what I expected

I wasn't expecting anything amazing from this fan for it's price. I needed something small and fairly quiet for my bedroom and this fan is perfect for that. It was easy to install and it pushes a decent amount of air for it's small size.
It does use smaller, chandelier-type bulbs, but after I got 3 60w bulbs it puts out a good amount of light.
If you need a small ceiling fan for a low price, go for this one.

Be VERY careful to read the blurb as Westinghouse is deceptive. They advertise standard base bulbs as included. Wrong on both counts. You must go out and buy expensive chandelier bulbs which are unavailable in energy-saving form.
I contacted Amazon but they refused to change their misleading description.
Go for a more expensive fan.
