I bought this fan because of the beauty, it first very well with the interior of my room. It was very easy to install but after using it a couple of times it started to make noise. I was leary on purchasing a ceiling fan on line....But I was not disappointed one bit! Easy to install and marvelous looking in my Kitchen... It was very had to find a small fan with the three globes to get more light in my kitchen. This one was a perfect fit and the price was great as well as I did not want to sink alot of money in a fan in a condo...Customer Review: Beautiful Fan!

We ordered 3 of these for bedrooms and they are just beautiful. You can choose between the dark wood color or a tan color on the blades and the picture really can't do it justice. Just be aware, as others have stated, you need the small base bulbs for these (I had to go get new bulbs). I had a handyman install, but he got them up quickly so I assume they are easy to install if you know what you are doing.Customer Review: Beautiful fans, just not the most effective, also had calendra light sockets

I bought this fan mostly for how it looks, and it is a beautiful fan. While beautiful, it doesn't move much air. Even on high you might struggle to feel the air it puts out. This is fine with me because I just like fans to circulate the air more than to actually cool me down. Also, as others have said, the fans I received DID NOT come with standard light bulb bases, it came with bases for tiny Calendara (spelling?) bulbs. I don't like this at all, but was able to buy full sized CFL bulbs with the tiny bases and they work just the same.Customer Review: Beware! Incorrect Description

Does NOT use standard base bulbs! I was disappointed because I have looked all over for a lighted ceiling fan that takes standard base bulbs so I can use the energy savers that provide much brighter light at lower wattage. This one uses candelabra base bulbs which are expensive to replace so I returned it. Wish I had read the existing "Reviews" because I could have saved myself the trouble. Amazon must not use the information they gather on the "Reason for Return" portion of their return form because the description has remained incorrect since July of 2007 based on the date of Brian Seilski's review. The "Technical Details" have still not been corrected 3 years later!
