We purchased these for a Kenmore from Sears. The price there has increased to the point this was a much better value.
These have the same level of filtration as the Sears brand and function the same. The taste and clarity of the water is noticeably better.
Will purchase again.

I have used this filter before, and it was great. So, I have recently reordered the filter, but this time, the filter leaves a sweet taste in the water. I can feel the difference because it I changed it from the exact same filter that I also ordered through Amazon. This filter is slightly different from the one that I ordered before - same part# (the filter came with a piece of paper explaining the packaging difference), but I doubt that it is the one causing the difference....Customer Review: Used this in a kitchen Aid fridge. Worked great.

This filter fits perfectly (even though it says Whirlpool) and works great. Ice and water taste so much better than the water straight out of the tap.
