This is a package of TWO brand new, factory sealed, Whirlpool 4396710 refrigerator water filter cartridges. IMPORTANT: Sometimes these two filters ship in ONE factory box, and sometimes they ship in TWO boxes with a single filter in each. In either case, you will receive TWO filters. Please be alert to this, and realize that finding only one box does not mean you have received only one filter.
