Product arrived as advertised. These things are expensive, but they do improve water quality. This particular model is well designed. With some types, you have to shut off the water supply. With this one, it's pull out the old one and replace, that's it.Customer Review: FAST FILL WATER FILTER

We received this filter and installed it. Within 1 week we thought that our fridge was broken. Water had leaked all over our hardwood floors causing them to warp. We spent $99 having someone come out and inspect the fridge only to tell us that the filter was bad. Save yourself some pain and order this directly from PUR. If you experience the same thing we did Amazon will do nothing but give you a refund for the filter. Not a big help when you are out $99 and have water damage to your floors.Customer Review: Fills fast

I didn't realize that there are two model choices for my refrigerator. The last one I bought didn't say "slow fill" but that would have been an accurate label. This one works much faster!
