I am actually coming to the site to contact Target about replacing the canvas bag. The ties on the sides ripped off within days and over the last few months the holes have torn more larger until it finally ripped apart the other day and I can no longer use it. I am very disappointed with this product.
*Update*- I wrote Target and they provided me with the name of the manufacturer and told me that I would have to contact them. I did so and was rewarded with excellent customer service and a free replacement canvas bag. I can not necessarily recommend this product, but I highly recommend Whitmor Manufacturing.
