Customer Review: Finicky lock
Summary: 3 Stars
The words are often very finicky and are difficult to twist around. Sometimes it gets stuck in certain positions and it takes a little wiggling to get it to start moving again. It helps a little if you twist the letters using the holds they give you, but even then it's not super reliable. Also, the silver part of the lock can get stuck in the downward position outside of the lock and be a little difficult to pull back out. I often spend a lot longer trying to get my lock to open than I would for a regular combination masterlock just because the keys stick too much.
It's a really cool idea for a lock, but it's just a little too finicky to be convenient.
