Customer Review: A Must Have Tool

This Knife and Tool Sharpener is super easy to use and puts a great edge on all types of knives. I've struggled in the past putting good edges on my knives (hunting, fishing, pocket and kitchen). Within an hour of getting this, I had great edges on all of my knives. The edges have held up to rough use (cutting cardboard and other things you shouldn't do to a knife). This tool is quick too. I had a knife I was building from a blank that had no edge at all. It took less then 5 minutes to go from a tapered piece of metal to having a razor sharp edge.
I haven't tried it on scissors or other tools yet, so can't comment on how it works for them.
I bought an extra set of belts with my purchase. But after sharpening about 20 knives, the belts still do not show any wear. I don't know how many more times I'll be able to sharpen knives, but I have a feeling I won't be needing those extra belts for at least a couple of years.
I would strongly recommend this for those of us who want sharp knives but can't perfect the use of the sharpening stones, or if you just want to save time!

Sharpening Guides for Accurate Angles
